Dr. Rukaiyah Lakkadghatwala is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Queen’s University.
After medical school training at Queen’s University, Rukaiyah completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of British Columbia and her CCFP-EM training at the University of Calgary. She completed an Acute Care Point of Care Ultrasound fellowship at the University of British Columbia.
Her academic interests include point of care ultrasound, health equity, and medical education.
Reading novels, listening to eclectic podcasts, and exploring the outdoors gives her joy.
